Welcome back!  We’ve missed you.  The health & safety for our staff & customers is always a top priority at Funky Scissors Haircuts for Kids.  Thank you for continuing to put your trust in our brand & in our amazing team.  We can’t wait to see you soon.  That being said, let’s talk about what you can expect in our new world.

-All throughout the day, our team will be focused on sanitizing all areas, surfaces & areas that are guest facing such as chairs, door handles, counter tops, credit card machine, remotes etc.

-Every evening, our entire salon is deep cleaned top to bottom.

-Hand sanitizer will be abundantly plentiful throughout our salon.

-Staff will wear masks &/or face shields.

 – Adults & kids age 10 & up present in the salon must wear masks.

– We’ve implemented social distancing by increased space in between salon chairs.

– All staff & clients must be symptomatic free & screened daily.  We encourage you to check your temperature prior to your appointment time but we may also do temperature checks.

– Contact-Less Payments. All haircuts will be booked online & paid for in advance.  Click the “schedule now” button on our website. 

-Don’t forget to tip your stylist.  – Tips for your service will be given directly to your stylist.  Tips must be cash or Venmo only. Get the phone app!  www.venmo.com   

– Upon arrival for your appointment, please wait in your car.  We will clean, disinfect, sanitize, wash hands prior to your entering the salon.  We will call you on your cell phone when we are ready for your appointment time.  You will be seated in a cool chair with a fresh laundered “superhero cape”.  As always, you will enjoy Netflix during your haircut.  You will love your overdue new doo!  Girls will get braids, glitter & minicures or take home nail art.  Upon request, an adult will collect your balloon, prize & lollipop. We will then wish you well with a friendly wave goodbye.  So easy, safe &  fun!

– Please only 1 adult accompany each child receiving a haircut so we can comply with social distancing.

– Magnets on board in waiting area have been removed.  Enjoy a movie on our 70” flat screen instead.

-Balloons, prizes & lollipops are available with your haircut upon request.
